Based on my experience as a Sales Director and Vice President Sales & Marketing within various (international) organizations in the field of sales and business development, I have been working on complex sales processes. I have worked in High Tech, ICT and in various other dynamic Industrial environments with high project complexity. In these positions I was responsible for operational salesmanagement, profit & loss, budgeting and managing distribution channels. I have gained plenty of knowledge and skills in bridging multinational, multicultural environments and directing internal organization towards new developments, in line with customers and generic market expectations.
I have combined this with successful sales results all along, by ensuring that the requirements of the customer could be met with regard to technical, commercial, quality and delivery aspects.
At the same time, as a leader of the sales team, I was also developing and strengthening the personal powers of employees. This by means of coaching on the job, but also by using talents of employees within sales teams in an optimal way and at the right times.
All this takes me to the next stage in my personal career. Helping other technical organizations with sales and business development with great passion.
